We have a 24-hour modification policy on all orders starting from the time of purchase. Please email us at sales@vvneon.com within 24 hours of purchase to modify your order. If overdue 24-hour window, you will have to wait until the product has delivered and refer to our return policy.

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy on all orders starting from the time of purchase. Please email us at sales@vvneon.com within 12 hours of purchase to cancel the order. If overdue 12-hour window, you will have to wait until the product has delivered and refer to our return policy.

A complete mailing address provided by customers are helping courier deliver the package fast and correctly. You may be required to sign for your package. Failed delivery due to the package not being signed or non-complete address for will be returned to us, and vvneon.com will not take responsibility the cost of re-shipping out a package because of the reasons above. Please track your package and sign up for email updates on the related website (FedEx, UPS, DHL) to be notified when your package is out for delivery. We provide FREE expedited shipping worldwide service, shipping time 3-5 days (peak season 5-7 days). Track your order

Some countries will charge recipients duty tax in advance before delivering package, vvneon.com will not take responsibility any duty tax and not allow return or cancel order due to this issue. 

Listed Neon signs

We have a 30-day money back guarantee on all unused listed neon signs starting on the day of delivery. We will only accept to return an unused product with no damages to our designated address. The product must be in its original packaging and condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs for a returning products.

with attached photos or short videos if your product arrives damaged or broken, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. We will only accept claims placed within 30 days of delivery. We will review the claim and ship you a replacement neon sign at no cost, or receiving a full refund. Also, a prepaid return label for shipping back the broken one to our designated address. We will not accept any claim of broken products due to damage caused by customer mistreatment.

Every piece of neon art is sculpted by hand. There is no molding, manufacturing, or machining involved in bending glass tubes. For this reason, we cannot agree that your product will be 100% the exact same as the listed photo. By purchasing a neon sign, you agree that there may be very very slight variations in the product, if any at all.
